copy from response template to worknotes

Hi All,

When we are copy from response template to work notes, the link is not coming  in the work notes.

Earlier i am using starting of the URl  [code] end of the URl [code]

Response template:

For employees working in D&E department:

Look at[code] this[code] Knowledge Article where you can find the answers on the most frequently asked questions related to SAP time writing. 

In worknotes: 

For employees working in D&E department:

Look at[code] this [code] Knowledge Article where you can find the answers on the most frequently asked questions related to SAP time writing. 

Can you tell me how achieve this one
