Copy Over Entire Catalog Item

I have an existing Catalog Item, and have to create a few, near exact copies of this Catalog Item (for similar Items).  I was hoping that I could simply open up the existing Catalog Item, update the Item name, and then right-click and select "Insert and Stay", and it would copy it all over.

It did copy over the Catalog Item information, but not any of the related information, such as Variables, Variable Sets, Catalog UI Polices, and Catalog Client Scripts.  Is there an easy way to copy ALL of these things over?

This is available OOB with "Copy" UI action on your catalog item.

I cannot believe I never noticed that before!  I have been working on these for a few years, and never noticed that (but never had need to copy one before).
