copy page in service portal

Ngetting an error message while trying to copy a page within Service Portal Page designer, what could be the possible problem??

Can you explain the steps you took to copy the page?

Was designing a Service Portal, opened up demo index page under designer view and clicked on edit page properties and tried copying the page from there, and got the error mentioned above.

Thank you. I tried the same thing with the user_profile (I didn't have a demo index page) and it worked fine. I updated the Title and ID, then did insert & stay.

Let me know if we did anything different besides the page used for the experiment. Also, can you try copying another page?

That would only duplicate the page record itself but not any of the layout or content. There currently is no "clone page" feature that I am aware of. You would just have to create a new page and recreate the layout in the designer.
