Correlate Multiple Alert into One Incident ticket Only

We just set up our Event Management, our main issue right now is. One CI has stopped its services and this create multiple alert all at the same time for the different services that went down coming from that CI and this trigger also creation of multiple auto incident ticket for the different services that went down.

Can you please advice, on how we can automate the creation of one incident ticket only from a multiple alert that was triggered at the same time and to associate those multiple alert into one incident ticket automatically. Thanks

I dont have event management plugin enabled, but I think you can utilise the Multiple alert rules in Alert Rules to create one incident out of multiple alerts

Thanks Sanjiv, were still using Jakarta so the remediation flow in alert management rule will only be in London upgrade.
