Could you please provide guidance on using Content Publishing for Mobile?

Hi!

We are conducting out-of-the-box (OOTB) testing for Content Publishing on Mobile.

I attempted to create content for the Mobile Banner, but couldn't verify its functionality.

I used Google Chrome's Developer Tools for testing on Mobile.

Is this issue related to the Mobile settings, or is it not possible to confirm Mobile functionality using Chrome's Developer Tools? If anyone has information on this, please let me know.

Hey @Takefumi Muto ,

I haven't done Content Publishing on mobile but you should use the NOW mobile app.

What you are doing is mimicking the action of accessing ServiceNow via a web browser on your phone.

So you can either download the mobile application on your phone or download an emulator on your computer.
