Count number of record in a list in SOW

Hi,

Is there any way to add another square next to the OOB one and to control what it will show (e.g number on incident with me as a caller and location is NY)

Hi @Alon Grod ,

There is no way you can add another square you can add filter condition like 

caller is dynamic me and location is NY

Than it will give the specific count of records
