CREATE A BUSINESS RULE TO COPY RITM COMMENT/WORKNOTE INTO THE SYSAPPROVER_APPROVAL COMMENT FIELD

I need help writing a business rule for the following:

1.  Reject a request item in the Employee Center.

2.  Enter a comment in employee center.

3.  Business Rule fires to copy that comment after insert in RITM to the related RITM sysapprover_approval record comment field.

Why the org need RITM comments/worknotes to approval record, it should be other way around. Rejection comments should be copy to RITM. Are you sure about this requirement statement.

@AshishKM .  Thank you for the response.  There is this specific requirement because a SNOW plugin is reading the comment data from the sysapprover_approval record to execute correctly.

OOB the comment from the portal is already written into the RITM.

Can you please share the portal page where you are rejecting the RITM, how you mange to reject a RITM instead of RITM approval, Do you have any custom implementation. How it works on native view.
