Create a Catalog Item to Request Laptop, it should ask for what is the make of the laptop, like Dell, Mac, HP. Requested for(user)RAM required 4 GB or 8 GBWhat processors are required : Intel or AMD. Price of the laptop should vary depending on the make, RAM and processor selected. It should be approved by the manager of the requestor, upon approval a catalog task should be generated and assigned to the Hardware Group, upon completion of the catalog task the request item should get closed.

Create select box variable as Make fields and after add question choices under related list, you can fulfill your requirement.
