Create a dynamic requested for variable

Hi all,

 

At the moment, if a portal user raises a ticket (catalog item), when they click on the dropdown of the Requested For variable (this currently auto-populates with the users name), they can see everyone who has an active account on ServiceNow.

I'd like to be able to dynamically restrict this so that they can only see people in their company, as noted in the user profile.

 

Does anyone have any idea on how I can do this?
