Create a new report on Problems Count query

Hi All,
How to show created problems count breached problems count and resolved problems count per month in a single report like the below screenshot

Hi @Shantharao
I tried some initial stuff at my end, to do this, you need to create a Database view of task_sla and problem table and then we can create some reports, but I am still not sure if we will get the exact report or not.
DB view like thsi

Problem count should be created based on the problem table.
SLAs should be created based on task_sla table.
