Create a new UI Action to create a new record

Hello,

                  I am trying to create a new UI ACTION "Create New Change"(form button) on change form.On clicking that button a new change record should be created with the present information on that form.

But,I am not able to copy attachments to new record.

Is there any code for attachments that i should add in the code for copying attachments to new record.
