I created a new view for contacts in the "Form Layout" screen.
However, I'm unable to see the view on the contact list screen.
Could you tell me how to create a new view to be visible on the Contact list screen?

Some exploring over the internet led me to System UI > Views.
I created a new view, assigned the "Forms" and "Lists".
The view now appears in the "Contacts" list.

Hi @sahilkhanna
But you are in CSM scope right? this can be the issue.
Have you checked to see if there is a view rule on the table?
Are you checking this as admin, or another user? The user may need the view_changer role in order to change views.

I tried switching between the "Global" and "Customer Service" scopes. But still cannot see the newly created view for selection.

Hi @sahilkhanna
Is it PDI or client instance? If the client, then try PDI once. Try for another way from design or form builder once.

try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?
Are you sure there is no view rule defined which is directly taking user to that Case view
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

@Ankur Bawiskar , I cleared the cache, logged out and in. Same result.
"Are you sure there is no view rule defined which is directly taking user to that Case view"
Even if this is the case, shouldn't the newly created view appear in the list for selection? I cannot see the view in the list at all.
