create a report for incidents assigned to my group.

Hello,

I would like to ask for your help: I would like to create a report in order to obtain the number of incident tickets that have been assigned to my group at a given time in the route;
The ticket is initially assigned to another group, which sometimes reassigns it to our work group. Then, once our work is done, we reassign it to the original group

So, when I create a report and filter by 'assignment group' or by 'resolved by', I don' t get the correct figures because it shows the tickets assigned to the group at that moment. Is it possible to have a report with only the incidents that were assigned to me or to my group  during the ticket's processing?

Hi @Alexiaa 

In this case, you need to create the metrics in the Incident table based on the 'Assignment Group' field. This way, you can track the earlier group when the incident was assigned, as well as when the incident is reassigned back to you or your group. With standard reporting, this isn't possible, so creating a metric is the way to go
