Create a report showing all users assigned Incidents, requests, and sc tasks (& oldest open ticket)

Hello,

One of our higher up would like to me to create a schedueled report of all users and the number of incidents, requests, sc tasks they have open and preferably the age of their oldest ticket.  I'm pretty new at SNOW, just got through the Admin Fundamentals class a little bit ago.  So I'm not sure if I am even asking the right question.  I've tried the different kinds of reports but there doesn't seem to be any built in way to aggregate a total ticket count.  I'm wondeirng if maybe this needs to be solved with Javascript or if I created a new table and could then add the columns for the aggregated data.  I pasted an image of the what the manager would like sent every month.

Greetings!!

The whole report in one go is not possible in standard reporting, we do in 3 -4 reports, but by creating the data set.

I tried a multi pivot.

Which just show the total count, and if you put another condition

Thank you!  I think that gets me most of the way there -- I was not aware of the Task Type Catagory.  What do you mean by "creating the data set."  Sounds like something I should learn, can you point me to a class or anything.
