Create a report with incident table, catalog task and change request table

How can I create a report with information about incident, and related catalog task and related change request ?

I need to create a report with multiple tables  to track the progress of a request (RITM+INC+SCTASK+CHG)

So you need to create the data base view to join all tables together,

But my question is , why you want to club all these table in one, these tables are heavy in nature and can impact the system performance also, so need to think, what we want to achieve.
