SC Task creation using flow designer

I am trying to create a flow as follows:

When a RITM is created for the catalog item, a SCtask should be generated and attached to the RITM.

This is what I created:

But, when I raise a request for the item, I don't see any SCTasks attached to the RITM.

Hi @muskaanchan 

 

refer the video and debug it .

Hopefully you are checking as Admin.

If Flow Run as User who initiated the session -> that means requested for whether that user has Create access on sc_task (check ACL) , else you can set Flow run As "System"

Did you attached the flow..

If Yes ! please share the flow execution details what's the error??

Hi @muskaanchan,

 

Have you attached the Flow to the Catalog Item? In the catalog item, you should be able to find Flow reference field and add your Flow there.
