Hello SN Community.
In previous processes I have been able to use Python with the API to download incident reports, create and update incidents, as well as add files.
What I was looking for was to try to carry out a process in which the following steps:
1. Create a request (REQ)
2. Create a request item (RITM) from the REQ created above.
Searched in documentation or in previous posts but links, documentation is no longer available. Any sample code or documentation will be really helpfully.
Best regards
Charlie
