I want to create an ACL on the incident Table such that CI, Assignment group and Assigned to fields should not be editable to any role from list view .Only admins should be able to edit these fields from list view ?

Hi,
You can create the lsit_edit field ACLs for these fields.

Yes, I know we can create using list_edit .
I have applied field level ACL for it.
For EX: incident.configuration item
But when I impersonate to any itil user, it also allows the itil user to edit that field in List view.
