Create change request from interaction

I have a tricky one and I will appreciate all the help I can get 

When I go to workspace > service operation workspace > interaction. after creating the interaction, I did like to convert this interaction to a change request.

But when I click on the create change request button. Instead I get a thebelow 

I just want to be able to click on the create change and for a change reques to be create based on the interation cpying everything over

Has anyone done this, if so can I get help please

Hi @_William_Knight,

I haven't done it for change, but did for incidents.
Easiest way is to just copy the code from Create Case UI action, and change the target table to change request.
