Hello,
Could someone shed some light on installing the Generative AI Controller app on my instance?
I tried pdi and 2 other work instances, I always get the same issue (see screenshot). Looks like I am not able to establish the connection to Now Support . If anyone could share how to solve this problem?

Hi @Ivas Liberis ,
Unfortunately Generative AI Controller app is not avialble for PDIs as of now.
If you are using customer non-prod instances, then you might have to reach out to the ServiceNow Account executive assigned to your company / or raise a Support case to activate for you.
