Create change request through service catalog from using flow designer

Hello expert,

 

I have one requirement , When service request submit , go to manager approval .After approved Service request , then a create normal change with four ctask in change request .After that change request will go to approval process .When change request is approved, When updated four ctask ,it will automatically update the service request form.

 

Could you help me , how we can achieve throught flow designer.

 

Note : not use record producer in this requirement .

Hi @Rajveer ,

The simple way is to create a flow from a service catalog request and use the flow to build your standard change.

In this example I did create a requested item in the technical catalog for adding storage to a server.
I have 2 variables: the server and the amount of storage to be added.
The standard change is coming from the ITSM spoke.

The flow looks like this:

But we need normal change request .In ITSM spoke , i can see only create  Normal changes request from incident.

 

Do you have another way , can we do using flow designer

How to link the Request and the corresponding change? And display a message showing a Change has been created?
