Create Child RITM From Parent RITM and copy all the variables of Parent RITM and start same workflow

Hi All,
I have Requirement where i need to Create Child RITM in Parent RITM workflow with copying all the parent RITM variables with fresh workflow
Sample Workflow diagram i have shared below with full detail

In below screen shot Network task having few check boxes example A,B,C
if user selects C then it will come back reopen the hardware Task. but now new Requirement is When user Selects C we need to create new Child RITM with same workflow and copy all Parent RITM Variables Section to Child RITM Under the Same request.

example:: if User selects C under Parent RITM we need to Child RITM with Same workflow and then again user select C again it will one Child RITM..., Max 2 Child RITM's Condition.

If I Use Cart API it is creating New Request but we don't need any new Request
