Create CRQ using Flow Designer Action

Hi All,

I have created the Flow Designer Action, which creates 'Demo' type of change request.

But, after creating CRQ, some fields are by default read only. 

I checked, there is no Client Script/UI Policy/ACL available in the instance which will make other fields read only (on load).

Is there any way to remove read only functionality from the fields?

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte,

 Which fields are you talking about more exactly? Fields like "Risk" or "Conflict status" must be read only because the values are calculated according to other fields.

Is "Demo Change" is a Change Model or just a value in choice list?

And what if you select other change models? Is it the same?

The better way to debug is using "watch" on the field context menu and observing which is making the field read-only.

Please let me know if you need more help on this.

"Demo Change" (example) is actually a Change Model which came in with Plugin Installed. 

With Other Change Models, it works fine.

I tried to debug the field, but do not get the option to watch - field name (watch - Type)
