Greetings for the Day,
We have a requirement as per which the clients want to replace the Additional Comments and Work Notes fields from the Incident form with "HTML type" Additional Comments and Work Notes.
We did the replacement, however the clients do not want the HTML type Activity stream updates they want the
"HTML - Comments" Activity stream updates to be like the "Journal field" Activity stream Updates.
Can we create a new/edit the activity stream for the HTML fields in ServiceNow. If yes, How?
