Create Custom Button "Return for Completion" in sysapproval_approver

I need to make a Custom Button "Return for Completion" in sysapproval_approver, this button functionality is to return request to the client/user with a comment with changing the status in my custom table, and leave the approval state as it is 'Requested' or change it if applicable to 'Return for Completion'.
