Not familiar with the heatmap in the risk workspace or what custom needs you have but I am guessing the heatmap data visualization in platform analytics or if you haven't migrated yet, the heatmap type report in legacy reporting.
@AjvadK , to generate a risk heatmap, you’ll need to define and configure a risk assessment methodology. There are several dependencies involved, including the risk questionnaire, X and Y axes, color definitions, and rating criteria.
