create Drop down menu with child cases in the ALL Records Section

Hi,

I have a requirement, kindly advise if it is feasible and possible to create Drop down menu with child cases in the ALL Records Section in SNOW. I created it using Core UI but they want it for CSM. Kindly help.

ServiceNow != SNOW (snow is a completely different platform)

What do you mean with having it in Core UI but needing it in CSM? That's a view/experience vs a module.

And what exactly are you trying to do? You want a dropdown of child cases in an All Record menu? How? Child Cases shouldn't be linked to any other record than Cases. All Records comes from TASK. Please clarify your business case.

The requirement from the requester is, he wants to have a drop down like thing where when he clicks on the parent case, it should show list of child cases. I have completed this with core UI but they want me to implement it in CSM Workspace.
