Create HR case from external users

Hi all,

I need help from the community , if anyone has done the customization for creation inbound action to create HR case from external users-sender will not be available in ServiceNow, in that case how can we set the opened for or subject person in hr. case that is where i am stuck as this user email will not be available in SNOW hr. profile or in user table .

Please help me with any script or idea to move forward.

If the external people data integrated with AD, then the controls can be put in place with access to only the feature that you want to display. But, you need to first take the sign-off from your CISO on this solution.

Thanks for the replies here and i understood the risk here so  i have discussed with my HR team today , they just need to create the case in order to track so i have decided to create one guest service account in ServiceNow and map to opened for and subject person and all other details in description like external user email id so HR team agreed .
