Hello all,
The requirement/ask is for the end-user to send an SMS text message to ServiceNow and create a general inquiry HR Case. Ideally this would create the HRC with the subject person/opened by fields to match the HR profile with the correlation mobile phone number.
It appears that Twilio and Automate.IO are the only options that present themselves in the limited search results. Are there other ways to accomplish this?
