create inbound action triggers an incident every time there's an email alert from example@gmail.com or testing@gmail.com to 'dev@gmail.com'. Please advise and thank you

Hi @AJAYKUMAR G 

 

You can add these emails in inbound action and make sure the domain has been added in email properties.

make sure these user exits in SN user table.

we have more 1 email address.

You need to create multiple inbound actions with different emails in from field.
