Set the following values on the form:
Short description = Testing the escalation ticket
and Assignment group = National Field Services
and Description = Testing the escalation ticket
and State = Assigned
and Configuration item = PC : Add or Change
and Impact = 3 - Medium
and Priority = 3 - Medium
and Requested for = {{Step 1: SN_Return Random Fulfillers.Fullfiller 1}}
and Category = Incident
and Subcategory = Hardware

Since subcategory is dependent on category you cannot set both in the same test step. So what you do is set the category in 1 test step them in a second test step set the subcategory then on your 3 test step you click Update. Example below.

the issue is you are setting all fields in one "Set field value" step.

You need to add one more "Set field value" after the first one and add the dependent field i.e subcategory.

Do remove the sub-category field from the first "Set field value" step.
