Create Incident via MS Teams

I have gone through and connect our Teams environment to our SNow instance.  A lot of what I am looking for is working great.  My question at this point is, is there a way where I can automate ticket creation via Teams somehow?

I have found a few options, but they all seem to require purchasing other things.  We don't currently have Power Automate Pro licenses either.  But from what I've found, that's still not automatic, you have to manually execute the flow.

not sure on the Licensing part, I have used teams to create tickets in ServiceNow before. There will be a bot in teams, which will create ticket for us
