Create Knowledge UI Action Not Working on Duplicate Page Variant in CSM Workspace

Hi,

In ServiceNow CSM Workspace, the "Create Knowledge" UI action works perfectly on the Default Record Page. When I click the "Create Knowledge" button on the Case Details page, it opens a modal as expected.

However, when I duplicate the Default Record Page and click on "Create Knowledge" UI action does not work.

Does anyone know why this issue occurs and how to resolve it?

you might have to create an Addon event mapping for this if it's not working. Can you clear cache, hard reload and check. check the related list. I think this is the Action Assignment working there on the picture you have shared.
