Create Report for Incident trend by Application or Services Impacted?

Hello Developers,

I want to create a report for Incident trend by Impacted and Affected CI/Services. Where customer only wants a high level overview.

Below is the example.

"If Business Application is impacted with windows server, when taking report on incident trends, they want to see Application was impacted with windows.. Not specific server."

Please help to create such reports

Is that data available? Because if everything is registered on 'windows server', you won't be able to report that Windows was the cause. You could try it on class, but the requirement doesn't really tell about the available data.
