Create report for the Number of Major Incident and Total incident.

I want to create a report for the number of major incident and total incident. How can I create that?
Filter condition can be for opened. Can you guide me plz?

An Incident become major incident when it has been promoted to Major inc. and we can use this flag to get the report.
For total incident , you can create a list type report on Incident table. and put condition opened liek month / day / week.

I dont have a major incident field on my PDI and DEV instance. I have taken the incident of priority 1,2 as major incident. Is it okay?

You need to activate the the MI plugin 1st in PDI and then you can use this module.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
@MayurChaudhari doesn't need to activate that module - but it's a possibility. It really depends on the user need. If user only needs to report on P1/p2, then this can be done easily through the report designer.
@MayurChaudhari , what is your question related if you have already created the report as described earlier?
