Portal Reporting

We are trying to build a report to see how many different users have logged into the portal, where they go, etc.

 

I know most of that info is stored on the sp_log table. However, is there an OOTB report for this? If not, how would I go about building this out? Because on the sp_log table, there is a session ID, but as far as I know, that session ID is not tied to any user records.
