Create report for the Number of Major Incident and Total incident.

I want to create a report for the number of major incident and total incident. How can I create that?

Filter condition can be for opened. Can you guide me plz?

Hi @AndersBGS 

 

SN provide OOTB MI module and that is best to track the MI. a incident can be p1/p2 but there is no flag / field to know is that a MI or not until unless plugin activation done.

 

every p1 is not a MI .

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

 

I agree to a sudden point. MI module is the best option. What i'm highlighting is, that not all organizations would like to install MI module, hence several organizations have other categorizations, fields etc. to fit the exact need for MI/Non MI.

Did SN rename "Major Incident state" to "Candidate state" ?

No, Major incident state is still there and i did not see any field with name candidate state in my PDI.
