Create report on UX data from the Employee Center portal using PA/User Experience Analytics

I want to create dashboard which shows user experience data from the Employee Center portal using PA/User Experience Analytics. Specifically, I want to be able to see trends on overall usage, number of visits, etc. and be able to filter not just by time period (e.g. last 30 days), but also by various user profile values (department, job title, location), as well as filter out specific groups (all users except IT, all attorneys, only partners, etc.)

As we can’t access UX data directly within ServiceNow, however ServiceNow has a plugin User Experience Analytics in Data Visualizations (sn_appsee_par) specifically to allow the import of UX data into PA for analysis and visualization purposes.

My question is how to import the necessary data from this plugin into PA/Platform Analytics and use that data to create graph/visualizations in dashboard.

Were you ever able to locate how to filter by user profile values and/or groups?
