According to this article I would have to modify the sys_ui_view records. The original article had a link to a broken page. I've looked at Access Control and i have multiple instances of sys_ui_view. Which instance is the correct one?
try this:
Security admin is required, if you do not have that right, give some user who previously could not access it the role playbook_experience.admin and retry again (perhaps cache erase or logout-login will be needed)
