We would like to bring the key value pairs from VMware Virtual Machine Instance class CIs over to the corresponding "Instantiated by" Server class CIs as tags to be used in Dynamic CI groups and tag-based service mapping. I feel a solution like this should exist and while conceptually it seems possible via a lot of scripting and business rules, has anyone actually done this and if so do you have a solution you’d be willing to share? Thanks!
