Is there a way to populate some fields when creating a task from a VTB?
I have a VTB over sc_req_item table.
I want to create a "Catalog task" from the checklist of the VTB but populating "Request Item" field with the parent RITM.
When you create a "Catalog Task" right now, "Short description" is already populated with the label of the checklist so It should be a way to do this. Do you know?
I want to create the task from here
And populate "Request Item" field as it is populated "Short Description" field
