Create task once the approver approves the task

I want to create an approval under the sc_task table where the workflow is on ritm,how to do it and it has to assign to a specific group.Once the approver approves the task he should be able to create the task2..,if rejected he should create task3

Hi @Sprankle , In ServiceNow the flow is basically the engine for creating tasks and validate them for approving and sending notification and many more.

1. For creation of one task once approved and for creating three task once rejected. you can check both the validation and create the tasks as per the requirement. 

So, basically it can be done using flow designer.

usually approvals are on RITM and not on catalog task

I will suggest you discuss with your customer to stick to the service catalog process
