Hi angel,
If you have the "Incident Management" PA Dashboard, that is a good start. On the "Incident Resolved" Tab, there is the Widget that shows "Average Resolution time". See screenshot (I don't have any data for that in my PDI)
On the Developer site, there are plenty or resources to learn PA. I doubt you need to create anything new from what is OOB. But one place to start learning is:
https://docs.servicenow.com/search?q=Performance%20Analytics
Good luck.

Hi @angel kumari ,
I trust you are doing fine.
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance with appropriate credentials.
- Navigate to the Performance Analytics module.
- Click on the "Reports" tab.
- Click on the "New" button to create a new report.
- Select the desired report type. In this case, we'll choose "Time Series."
- Give your report a name and description that clearly reflects its purpose.
- Define the filters for your report. This will include the condition to display the time taken to resolve an incident. You can add a filter for the incident resolution time field and set the appropriate condition (e.g., "Resolution Time is not empty").
- Customize the report layout and appearance based on your preferences.
- Save the report and make it accessible to the desired users or groups.
Regards,
Riya Verma

Please activate the "Best Practice - Incident Resolution Workflow" plugin, it is free and should contain what you're looking for.

There is also the Metric feature, see:
You can define a report on the 'metric_instance' table for any of the above metrics.
