Created fields are not showing in table

Initially I've created a new table and added fields and choices from the form layout. Everything displays fine yesterday but today when i open that table there nothing just submit botton showing there is no fields i created yesterday, but i can see those fields  in dictionary,     How do I see the fields?

Hi that's weird. Can you right click on the form --> configure form layout --> check the views you added yesterday. Does it present?

Hi,

Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login?

Also are you sure the view which you are seeing has the fields inside it?
