Created new Service Channel but it saying no agents are available

Hello Everyone ,
1.We are created a new service channel and a queue
Service Channel Name: ABC
Queue: XYZ
2.We have added the same queue on the flow "Live Agent Routing"
3.We have added the New Service Channel(ABC) in the above queue(XYZ))
4.But still we are unable to get agents online
5.We changed one of our agent status as "Available"
Note: We have another channel but we don't want to use it because the channel which we created want to use for new queue (XYZ)
Our Goal is When 2 users intiate the chat at the same time
Example:
First User: DEF
Second User will select : GHI
Then agent should see the GHI on his view

Hi @Sid64 I'm facing the same issue, did you find a solution?
