Hello,
I am new to serviceNow and I am trying to create a report that shows graph of the following. I played around with report creating option but bit confused. I know the table name in serviceNow that has the information about the incidents. Any help would be appreciated to help to understand what else is needed.
1.) Graph of how many new incidents are there today ( Critical, high, medium, standard) compared to previous/last day.
2.) How many incidents ( Critical, high, medium, standard) are closed in last 24 hours ?
3.) Graph for projection of incidents which has due dates in upcoming months.
Thank you

Yes, you can customize the filters as per the need.
For the first point - you will have to create a report first, then place it in Dashboard. For the dashboard, you have to add interactive filters. Please refer https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/tokyo-now-intelligence/page/use/dashboards/concept/c_Homepa... to understand Interactive filters better.
As a useful tip, here is a video you can refer to - (45) Interactive filter for Reports servicenow - YouTube.
Please mark answer as correct/helpful, if it was really helpful

HI @Community Alums
Got it. For the third point, I have selected the trend graph and when I try to group BY "priority" & trend BY due date , but it is not displaying the graph. Any help would be appreciated.

I used the same information as you mentioned above, and I could see the data. Below is the graph for your perusal. You see Bar as 'Empty' because, Due date is not updated for these Incidents. I updated for few and those you see in 2022 Bar.
If you still facing the issue, please attach the screen shot. Should be easier to understand it better.
