In my opinion, one of the most infuriating features on the community is where members post links to other forum posts which already have answers. It is annoying due to the additional loading times and often the links are to a completely irrelevent answer. They are often so wrong that I now completely ignore anyone who posts a link to another post.
Since you are a ServiceNow employee (?) perhaps you'd listen to my recommendation - Add a UI Action "Embed Answer" which allows you to embed the answer from another forum question.
Also, add "Not Helpful", to hide answers which are wrong - people should be penalised for relentlessly posting dumb answers (especially when posting links to dumb answers).
