I'm trying to create a report based on the following requirements but cant seem to find the options so appreciate some assistance please
- Create a report on CASES
- Report to be on a specific group/queue
- Report to show if an agent as rejected a CASE via the AWA Inbox and the reason why
- Report to be exportable in excel file format.
- I manged to create a report but cant seem to find to create with the specific requirements i have
