Hello All,
When agent tries to opens the KB Article in SOW we can see only some fields like Knowledge Base | KB Category, Read time, Last updated time, Number of views, average rating, Knowledge article content, revised by, article number and versions etc. which is OOB for kb_view as per the ServiceNow Docs (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-servicenow-platform/page/product/knowledge-management/concep...).
We have requirement to show the other fields called Ownership Group and cmdb_ci in the header/KB Article Body.
Can anyone please help me if we can change the view for Workspace or can we add fields in Kb_view that should only applies to Service Operation Workspace.
PFA doc and please let me know if can add the fields in the highlighted area.
Note: kb_view is different its not a sys_ui_view.
Thanks
Mohammed Ghouse

You may check the knowledge properties and also it will be global change if it can be done.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

We are trying to make the same type of changes, but haven't found how to do that yet either. Additionally, we want to see the rest of the related records such as related catalog items, and related Affected Applications (CI's). You can load them to the form but not see them when you are reading the kb.
