Hello Community,

I need assistance in creating a ServiceNow report that specifically focuses on requests that were once in a 'Pending' state but are now closed. I've successfully created a report for pending requests that are currently active, but I'm struggling with generating a report for requests that have transitioned from 'Pending' to 'Closed.'

Here are the details:

Objective: Generate a report in ServiceNow that lists requests which were previously in a 'Pending' state but have since transitioned to 'Closed.'

Challenges:

  1. Identifying Past 'Pending' Requests: I need to figure out how to identify requests that were once 'Pending' but are now 'Closed.' The transition from 'Pending' to 'Closed' is what makes this report unique.

  2. Report Generation: Once I have the criteria for identifying such requests, I need guidance on how to set up and generate this report in ServiceNow.

  • I've already created a report for currently active pending requests, so I understand the basic report generation process.
